Processing of your data
Personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not collected unless you provide this information voluntarily. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
As a matter of principle, we do not pass on personal data to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law or you have given your consent.
An exception to this is the involvement of service providers, e.g. for hosting the website, who have been carefully selected in particular with regard to data protection and data security and for whom all measures required under data protection law for permissible data processing have been taken. Data is not processed outside the European Union.
Duration of storage
The data is stored for the duration of the business relationship with us and our affiliated companies. We delete your data when it is no longer required after processing an inquiry or terminating the contract. This does not apply to data that we are not yet permitted to delete due to legal obligations (e.g. documents that must be retained under tax and commercial law) and data that we require to safeguard legitimate interests, in particular to assert claims or for direct marketing.

The temporary storage of the user’s IP address by our system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your end device. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days and deleted afterwards. If data must be retained for reasons of proof, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.
